2. Information We Store

When you operate your household on HestiaOS, we store only the information required to deliver estate management functionality:

• Account & Team Credentials: Name, email address, and role authorization.
• Estate Residence Data: Property locations, dimensions, and operational assets.
• Operational Records: Preventative maintenance schedules, work orders, employee rosters, vendor compliance documents, and expense receipts.

3. Bank-Grade Security & Isolation

All estate assets and documents are encrypted using AES-256 in transit and at rest. Multi-tenant database isolation ensures your estate records are completely segregated and inaccessible to unauthorized actors.

4. Data Ownership & Deletion

You retain 100% ownership of your household records. At any time, an Estate Owner may export comprehensive financial ledgers and operational archives or request complete account eradication.
